How to apply

Nomination
- To come to Université Grenoble Alpes as an exchange student, your home university needs to have signed a Partnership Agreement with us. Please contact International Affairs Advisor to find out if such an Agreement exists with UGA.
- To be nominated, the coordinator at your home university needs to fill the online form.

Application
- Once your nomination has been submitted you will receive application instructions by email (make sure to verify your spam mailbox).
- Upon acceptation of your application you will receive a formal acceptance letter with practical information about accommodation, courses and deadlines...

- Nomination deadlines
  - Fall term: March 15th to April 30th
  - Spring term: September 1st to 30th
- Application deadlines
  - Fall term: April 15th to May 31th
  - Spring term: September 15th to October 18th
- Campus housing request deadlines
  - Fall term: June 30th
  - Spring term: October 31st
